  • Coronavirus Update: After the confirmation of a third case of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in NZ we want to confirm that we are following the advice of the New Zealand Ministry of Health and will be continuing all of our classes as per normal.

REMEMBER – Washing your hands with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds after going to the bathroom and before/after consuming food. 

– Covering you mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze with a clean tissue or with your elbow. 

– Staying 1 metre away from others who are coughing or sneezing.

  • Chicken Pox are going around again. A child may have a fever and a headache. Spots will appear with a blister on top of each spot. Blisters pop and get a scab or crust. The blisters are usually on the stomach, back and face, and then spread to other parts of the body. Blisters can
